In Requests you can manage your requests, create new from templates, quickly check state of request in particular project or amount of work being done on requests in a given month.
There are 4 functionalities in this section:
- New Request
- Display lists
- Submitted by me
- Assigned to me
- All my requests
- Overview
- Work logs
Create new request using a wizard-like form or from a template.
Request are grouped in 3 different lists depending on your relation to requests. Ther is list for request for which you submitter, assignee or any of those two. Each of the groups have subsections based on the state of requests.
Overview section displays requests in dashboard like manner for quick check on state of requests in a particular project. 
Work log section displays a calendar with amount of work done on requests. This way you can easily see time spent working on requests.
