Your profile image, or avatar, appears in a lot of places in application. It is good idea to set it up as it makes it easier to for other user identify you in the application.
Open profile settings by clicking on your avatar in the top right of the application 1.
Upload image for new avatar by clicking on profile image 2, or on Upload image button 3.
That action will open file selection popup.
Select the picture you want and select part of the picture which will be used as your avatar by moving around and resizing transparent square by dragging it's corners 5.
On top of the popup you can see how your avatar will look based on sample of the image you have marked 6. Save your avatar by clicking on Save button 7 or, if you have changed your mind about the sample image, you can upload another one by clicking Load another button 8
