Collections

Collections are a great way to organize numerous documents in runsimply.

During collaboration with other users there will be documents related to project, some uploaded through chat, some uploaded into project directly. There will be documentation about your company's business processes or CV of your employees. Collections help you group all those documents in coherent parts.

There are 3 types of collections:

• Private collections are created by you and only you can see their content.
• Shared collections can be created by you and other users have permissions to view or edit them, or there is external link to the collection. If other user has given you permission for their private collection it will also be in this list.
• Public collections are collections made public by other users.
