Overview

Teams section makes it easier for you to collaborate with other users.

You can see what each member of a team, or team as a whole, is working on currently, or what work items are in a queue, what has been done and by whom.

Team whose information is being displayed is selected, and can be changed, in combobox right under TEAMS label 1.

Clicking on the arrow 2 will open popup menu, in which you can choose to create a new team, or to manage existing teams. New team can also be created by clicking on plus icon 3.

 

NOTE: You can create new team only if you have proper system permission.

 

Under selected team is list of it's members 4, and a quick way to add additional via add member label 5.

 

On the right side working items for current team are shown, and they are further grouped by state of progress in which they are. Number of items in each group is displayed next to the tab's name 6.  

 

Working on contains task and issues on which team members are working.

Inbox contains all items from inbox of each team member. Those are items which need to be worked on.

Team inbox contains items which were assigned to the whole team rather then to any particular member.

Recent updates contain list of changes on items which are in inbox or working on.

Calendar displays work items which have completion date in the selected month (number in the tab also reflects that). You can freely change the month once you open calendar section.

 

No permissions

In case you don't have permission to see work item appropriate message will be shown 7.
